A wonderful and tasty spice. Paired best with olive oil and pita, or enjoy it on top of labneh dips.

Za'atar is generally a combination of dried oregano, thyme, and/or marjoram (woodsy and floral), with sumac (tangy) and toasted sesame seeds (nutty and rich).
